Sales Manager, Ankara Public Sector

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Directly report to General Manager
  • Coordinate implementation of sales and marketing plans to achieve  targets of the company
  • Investigate, research, develop new business opportunities, prepare analysis and evaluation reports (feasibility and business plan) for growth opportunities
  • Manage of development of the sales strategy, competitive differentiators
  • Analyse business performance, prepare ad-hoc reports and studies (including sales analysis, forecasting, SWOT analysis, feasibility reports, sector and competitor analysis and business plans) for potential business and growth opportunities
  • Come up with new ideas, look for opportunities proactively to develop further project improvements, recommend new concepts and/or product initiatives, conduct related market researches
  • Ensuring the achievement of Project Sales volumes in markets (Carry out market trend research, and competitive research),
  • Create potential business opportunities by analyzing market strategies, customer requirements, potential and evaluate options; making value propositions, resolving internal priorities
  • Ensure structural changes are implemented so that performance meets KPI’s like sales volume, gross margin and unit margin.
  • Identify, develop and follow-up new business opportunities as well as to set up and lead meetings with potential new clients  
  • Prepare presentations, quotations and agreements with the coordination of IT and Management
  • Manage commercial negotiations and relationships with the prospects & customers
  • Arrange meetings and coordinate the process with related institutions and organizations for initiation and implementation of growth projects
  • Monitor activities of prospective clients and be responsible for day-to-day management of accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • +4 years experience in sales/business development activity
  • +2 years of experience developing high-performing enterprise software platform sales teams and a proven track record of exceeding team quotas/targets 
  • Requires a bachelor degree in Engineering, similar information technology-related discipline or Business Administration. Masters degree desirable.
  • Possess both business acumen expertise and technology knowledge to connect Mobilion solution offerings can provide business impact for customers
  • Successful management of large-scale, complex deal cycles at enterprise companies
  • Coaching direct reports in pipeline management, opportunity management, and account planning
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills 
  • Executive level communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to mentor others
  • Strong leadership and passion for sales, marketing and business development
  • A good knowledge of research is must
  • Must be creative, innovative and client focused
  • Ability to work with challenging targets and timelines
  • Understanding of customer decision making criteria as it pertains offshore services, consulting, enterprise solutions
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Having an already established portfolio and network is a strong asset
  • Military service must be completed for male candidates
  • No restriction of travelling
