Serving as the point of contact for developers/landlords/management companies on contractual matters.
Acting as contractual “middleman” between company employees and developers/landlords/management companies, ensuring timely review and approval / reconciliation of variations
Finalizing the negotiation process till signing the lease agreement under the consideration of the leasing standards of the company in order to minimize the risks in alignment with corporate and department targets until consensus has been reached
Providing the necessary coordination with other departments in terms of operational, technical, legal, financial and insurance-related issues during the contract negotiation and signature process
Carrying out, managing and concluding the lease contract process according to the annual store opening schedule, Mak sure that the contracts are signed and finalized according to the laws and legislations of the related country (notary, confirmation and registration activities),
Having legal consultancy locally incase needed
Legal internship completed
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position preferably in retail or real estate industry,
Having general contract experience, knowledge of contracting concepts and contract regulations.
Basic knowledge of retail leasing and negotiation tactics when dealing with in-house and outside clients
Basic understanding of fields of construction, operation, legal, insurance, and finance regarding retail stores
Good organizational & time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in written and spoken English, second language is a plus
