- Supporting talent acquisition processes: Preparing and publishing job postings, sourcing qualified candidates, having background check, having interviews for junior level roles, making offer and keeping recruitment data clear into Successfactor Applicant Tracking System.
- Collaborating with hiring managers, facilities and IT teams to create the best onboarding experience for every new associate who joins Nielsen
- Supporting Learning and Development processes: Organizing trainings according to the curriculum, following up completed trainings, entering the data to My Learning Network and pulling report regularly.
- Managing Agile Internship Program that gives opportunity to interns to have experience in different departments
- Being role model to HR intern, following up his/her tasks and back up him/her in case of absence.
