Customer Interaction Solutions Manager

We are seeking a Customer Interaction Solutions Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to CRM Solutions Sn.Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
Accountable of platforms, products and services in CRM and PRM domains that are designed and developed internally and also jointly with service providers, vendors and 3rd parties. Build, lead and manage the delivery strategy, cost estimation, design and software development life cycle phases including partner and vendor activities to deliver end to end solution design, technical requirements and solution itself with effective management of processes and in line within agreed strategy, budgets, quality, performance and timelines. Lead and manage all domain products and services life cycle, determining future opportunities for innovations/change/improvements. Contribute in planning and architectural design activities about related projects and products Manage all aspects of his/her team by establishing goals, assigning responsibilities, and coaching. Responsible from overall integrity and quality of the solution.

Graduated from Eng. Departments of Universities Significant experience in IT and Telco infrastructure, technologies, products and services Strong technical background of CRM and PRM technologies, products and services. Experience in Technical Product Management Broad experience of team management Strong leadership skills Broad experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines Result oriented, strongly motivated leader with excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills Excellent team building and influencing skills Strong Presentation skills Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines Ability to give correction and direction to team Lead meetings with internal and external clients
