- High school or University degree preferably Tourism & Hotel Management,
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written), second language an asset
- Previous customer-related experience is an asset
- Focused on guest satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Must possess a professional presentation
