We are seeking new team members for our Front Office Department.
- University/College degree,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,
- Knowledge of Opera and Ms Office Programmes,
- Presentable team player with good communication skills,
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remain calm and courteous at all times,
- Ability to understand and work in a multi-cultural environment,
- Minimum 1 year experience in similiar position.
- University degree at Tourism & Hotel Management,
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Second language is preferable,
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment,
- Highly responsible & reliable,
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Window applications is an asset,
- Customer related experience is preferred,
- PMS experience is an asset,
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving abilities,
